I’m using a network 1TB network drive as my cloud.
I’ve backed up all the data from my PC to the WD “My Book Live” without a problem.
I’ve downloaded the WD2GO app to my I phone and Ipad. I can get to the storage area on the WD drive remotely, and can stream music to my hearts content. But I can not stream the video, which according to Apple Support seeing all product was purchased through Itunes should not be a problem.
I’ve tried a cut and paste to the “Public File” and under video can see the files. The icon displayed on both Iphone and Ipad is a piece of paper with the top right corner turned down and a camera in “red”. This I’m assuming suggests a will not play.
After attempting to load on the devices I get an error message “unable to play media file”
Any sugestions out there to fix this issue.
