Streaming to my LG LE5900 TV from my 4TB WD Cloud has stopped. When it worked, to start streaming, I had to select on my TV the server from which I wanted to stream. I cannot remember the details but one of the servers listed was clearly the Cloud. This is no longer listed and I cannot figure out why. Updating to the latest WD firmware to 2.30.181 hasn’t changed anything. This is all fairly new to me as I only bought the Cloud just before Christmas but I’m assuming the issue is with Twonky, as I understand this is where the DLNA server resides,
Any ideas on why this should have changed and what I should be looking at to resolve?
Have you looked at Twonky to see if your TV is listed? My main TV is the Sony Bravia, shown at top of the list.
Click on, tap or activate image to enlarge it.
Once you get it up and working again you may want to reserve the IP for your TV and My Cloud on your router if possible. See example image below, it shows Edit DHCP Reservation, because I have my IP reserved for my TV.

What is the item marked ‘BRYAN-ASUS: MyCloud:’?
Did you try hitting the ‘Search’ button? That sounds like it’s a ‘search my network for servers’ function.
Can you access the Twonky server from Bubble on your phone? If so, Twonky is working fine, and it’s a problem with your TV/network. Have you tried resetting the router?
Good point. No problems playing WD Cloud content on my phone with BubbleUpNP. Also have reset the router several times in trying to resolve this.
Clearly DLNA works between a) Twonky on my WD Cloud and my phone and b) the PC based servers (Serviio amd WMP) and the TV. Cannot understand why it doesn’t between Twonky and the TV. especially as it used to work.
I did notice in the Twonky log the following message set. I tried to resolve it by resetting Twonky to defaults but still got these messages as I did after then rebooting WD Cloud. Is this relevant?
