Stream .iso files?

Hello, I’m new to the WD family and have a quick question.


I just bought the Western Digital My Book World Edition 1 TB Network Attached Storage with the intent of backing up my dvd collection in .iso format. I would then like to access the network and stream these files to my home theater system and watch the movies there.


Will this system be able to stream .iso files over a home network? What media files can be streamed over the network with this system.

To clarify my previous post, I also have a FreeAgent Theater+ in my theater system. I would like to use my FAT+ to access the WD NAS with the ISO files on it.
