Strange sound on newly RMAed drive

Hi. I have received my RMA replacement yesterday and sent the old one back. The issue is that the new drive is doing a very strange and annoying noise but it functions properly. The broken drive didn’t do the noise and all my drives do not either.

Normal WD5000AAKS drive:

Hello Mate,

How about running the Western Digital DLG tool, you can download it from the wd website.

The disk I am referring to is sent to me by WD and then I sent the broken one back, it’s new. I run the diagnostics and of course there was no problem.
