- The 1st step is to access the control panel through a browser.
- The 2nd step is to enter the username and password as required, then dashboard shows the home screen and everything works fine (pic1).
- The 3rd step is to exit the control panel, by closing the browser.
- The 4th step is to re-access the control panel through the browser immediately.
- This time, no username and password is required. The browser goes directly to the main screen, which now has fewer menus (pic2) and usually doesn’t work properly (pic3).
- No matter how many times I tried to access the control panel again, I get the same as above.
- The normal operation of the dashboard only returns after rebooting the EX2 ULTRA or after re-awakening, shortly afterwards.
- Same thing happens using CHROME, EDGE, OPERA, IE on W10 22H2.
Any ideas how to fix this?
