Strange dashboard behavior

My Cloud OS 5 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud EX Series

  1. The 1st step is to access the control panel through a browser.
  2. The 2nd step is to enter the username and password as required, then dashboard shows the home screen and everything works fine (pic1).
  3. The 3rd step is to exit the control panel, by closing the browser.
  4. The 4th step is to re-access the control panel through the browser immediately.
  5. This time, no username and password is required. The browser goes directly to the main screen, which now has fewer menus (pic2) and usually doesn’t work properly (pic3).
  6. No matter how many times I tried to access the control panel again, I get the same as above.
  7. The normal operation of the dashboard only returns after rebooting the EX2 ULTRA or after re-awakening, shortly afterwards.
  8. Same thing happens using CHROME, EDGE, OPERA, IE on W10 22H2.
    Any ideas how to fix this?
