Strange constant sound when idle (sound record included)

My new WD20EZRZ makes strange sound when idle. It’s not parking sound (i am aware of wdidle utility), the disk makes this sound even in DOS, BIOS, even without data-cable. I recorded it: Vocaroo | Online voice recorder

Other than that, the disk works fine and smart is ok. What is this sound? It’s very annoying.

You can refer below KBA to check whether the drive sound normal or not. It is recommended to take backup of important data if the drive sounds abnormal.
