Every time I open the My Cloud OS 5 app on iOS, I get an “Open Settings” pop-up telling me notifications are off and offering to re-enable them. I know they’re off. I turned them off on purpose because I don’t want them.
Asking once is fine. Asking on every launch ignores a decision I’ve already made and adds a tap before I can reach my files. Apple’s own guidance is to respect a user’s notification choice, not re-prompt for it.
Please either remove this prompt, show it once only, or add a “Don’t ask again” option. Until then it’s the first thing I see every time I use a product I paid for.
