Still Offline After A Week

One night last week and everything was fine but when I woke up I noticed the drive was offline. Its been a week of restarted the computer and the MyCloud Home and every time the drive gets a sold white light on the front reads offline on the computer. So I’m guessing it’s dead? If it is I’ll replace it since its under warranty how because I do not have the money for any of the data recovery options I would like to same the drive if possible. Any ideas?

I don’t know is it right to say or not, but once this happened with me too, so I searched for the different software for this. Search on google for one and you will definitely get the solution for this. THANKS
