Still not got the replacement drive

Hi

I have bought WD caviar 500gb drive. As it had bad sectors i have registred an RMA for it . It has been 45 days still there is no replacement . Can someone tell me how much time it will take and what should be my next step.

This is a known issue, if you’re from India.

Send a personal message with all the pertaining details (RMA & Serial with dates) to community manager Bill. He’ll take necessary actions ASAP.
