When I go on http://mybooklive/UI/ I don’t get the configuration overview which is usually on the right. Just the left help box is available. The status on the bottom says: “Status: bad”! Accessing the drive is working as usual…
What exactly is bad and how do I get the interface back?
Something is wrong with the unit. I’ve seen some people having issues with the latest firmware. Try contacting WD for help with this issue.
