Standby (spin down) dont working after upgrade to the latest FW

After I upgrade my 8TB box to the latest FW, I notice that the hdd`s does not spin down even idle all over the night. All of my network devices that use shares on sharespace switched off. Checking the option in WebUI “Standby” no effect. How can I fix this problem?
