The light never stops blinking and drives me nuts at night. Even when the computer is sleeping it still blinks. Is there something wrong or a way to fix this without physically disconnecting the drive?

I just disconnect the Passport, you can also try blocking the Passport light with something. It’s not that hard. :wink:
