I am having trouble getting rid of this certificate error (below) when trying to access the drive from either via wd2go.com or wd my cloud desktop app. Is this something WD needs to fix or is this a problem on my end?

this message is fairly common connecting to a new device. it is basicly a warning message letting you know a change was made (hacker,virus etc) on a system. if the connection was perviously established and there was no changes be careful, if it is 1st connection, after a FW upgrade etc it is ok and approve/save etc
