SSD WD BLUE Warranty Extension Problem


Hi all,

I´m trying to register with an extension warranty my recent purchased WD Blue Sata SSD but the system replies me:

“There are no drives currently registered to the email address above. You can try a different email address or if you proceed to register, your SSD will not receive an extended warranty.”

And yes, I have another WD drive registered in my account.

Can someone point me a solution?

Are you sure you are using the same email address your other WD drives are registered with?

If so I would contact WD support directly and see if they can sort it out for you.
