in my country spikes HEBREW please add Hebrew to language setting (iso 8859-8/windows1255)

You should go to the ideas lab to make this request (but first see if someone has requested it already and,if so, vote for it).
In the meantime if you can convert your subs to bitmapped ones you will see them (and there are many utilities out there that can do this).
