Sreaming from my cloud to Smart TV "video data not supported"

Hi - I have some personal home videos that are presented as .MOV (Quicktime) from my Olympus underwater camera. These are stored on my WD My Cloud and play over the network to my desktop computer without issue, however, when using same network and streaming trying to use my SMART TV, all those files that originated from the Olympus camera, despite being able to see the file name and the still image of the file, will not play and we are presented back with the “video data not supported” message.

All other Quicktime movies from other sources play without issue.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this would be fantastic please
