I see where the Spotify app is available on the TV Live but not on the Live Plus (which I have). Any chance of this app being available anytime soon on the Plus?

Only WD knows this and they hardly say what will be added in a future firmware update. Why don’t you suggest this in the Idea forum, look for this, if already have been proposed, then vote on it if not, then you propose it and hope for people to vote on it.
