I heard that Western Digital had contracted with Spotify and tried numerous times to update the firmware. No Spotify. When you go to the WD HD Live Plus page, Spotify is there. How do we get Spotify to get on the WD HD Live Plus?

Really? I don’t see that… Can you post the URL of the page you are seeing that on?
Spotify, as far as I know, is only available on the Live SMP and the Live Hub.

That page is incorrect. You will also notice that the picture beside the Soptify logo shows a New WD TV Live Streaming model and not an old LIve Plus. WD have obviously got confused when updating the website.
There is nothing mentioned on the features tab regarding Spotify
