I have a WD Red 3TB drive installed in a Synology NAS. It is a backup NAS that once a week makes a backup of another NAS. The Drive was purchased a couple of years ago and is currently out of warranty, but given the fact that it has such a low hour-count (legit!) and failing already makes me a bit uneasy about quality of the WD Red drives. Another NAS i have has been running fine with a WD Green drive since 2013 24/7!! Any advice of thoughts on this obviously very poor quality drive from WD?
