I have speed problems when copying files inside the NAS itself. That is, copy a folder from one location to another within the same RAID1.
Speeds are less than 1mb / s
the discs are new and they are WD RED

When you say copying between folders, are you mapping a drive letter to each folder (as a share) and copying that way?
