I have an earlier model (silver case) WD Elements drive. I’d like to upgrade from my current 500 gig to a higher capacity.
The earlier model is a 7200 RPM drive. I can’t find any specs about rotational drive speed, cache/buffer size of the new models.
Are the new WD Elements drives 7200 RPM w/ 16 meg buffer?
