This is directed to those out there that develop the other Debian versions for the My Cloud. It would be nice to have a ramdisk image that could be loaded using the tftp described in the unbrick process. This ramdisk would give the user access to his My Cloud partitions. One could use this to the check the logs when the system hangs on red or white leds. It could be used to undelete files. When files are deleted you can’t do anything on the system that would allocate disk. So unless you have already put an undelete program on your disk you can’t do it after you delete a file. You could put undelete on a USB device provided you can get the USB device mounted and have access to the system.
Something to think about.
