WD is offering unlimited Milestone Arcus camera licenses until Dec 31, 2016. How do I get them onto my MyCloud EX2 Ultra?

The offer is for new purchases of EX2 Ultra, EX2100, EX4100, DL2100 or DL4100 which are the units supported by the Arcus app.

My Serial Number was accepted but at Checkout/ Billing Information I am not able to select or enter an address outside of United States (I live in Australia).

It doesn’t support Foscam cameras. I’ve tried with 3 different models that my relatives have streaming.

Thank you for your quick response.

So far I was unable to order any licenses due to the Checkout/ Billing Information issue mentioned below to SBrown.
I have 2 cameras allowed by my license term that came with the MyCloud EX2 ULTRA (I don’t know why it mentions that this license will expire by 8/05/2016).

It would be very nice if I could have 10 camera licenses in total.

Call or email support to find out what’s going on.

“**Applicable taxes per license is applied for some countries.”
This is the only thing that I found concerning other countries on the website.

I ordered 16 licenses last night & installed the app & I now have 18 total and no expiration date. It activated the licenses automatically. I only have 3 high quality cameras at home. They work great. But my extended family uses 6 cheap Foscam cameras at their homes & they aren’t being found by Arcus. My other software finds them so I know that they are functioning.

I want to buy more camera license but no options for other country except US, I live in Indonesia.
Is there any solution?
