I have 2 WD media centers 1 in the lounge room attached to a hard drive and 1 in the theater room both linked via LAN network and Netgear router. Both units operate well except the unit in the theater room does not have the Green sorting icon. I have setup the Media Library function in Setup menu but still no icon. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Hi, do you see any messages when you press the Green sort button on the remote control?

Make sure the content source is set to My Media Library.
