Sonos - Music Library Not Categorized Correctly

I have a WD MYCloud Home. I loaded all my music onto the drive. When I access my music library on the Mycloud Music source, my library is not categorized correctly. For example, a lot of my music falls into an unknown genre. However when I pull the music directly from my computer, it is all categorized correctly. So it cannot be that the meta data is incorrect. Any idea why my music files that are on my computer are categorized correctly but not the exact same files that were copied over to mycloud drive are not?

Thanks

Hi @riodanno,

Private User Space supports sorting by Artist, Albums and Genre.

Thanks Kerrti…

The app pulls in the genre, however it is not categorized correctly. A lot of my music is falls into an “unknown” genre when I use the Mycloud music service. I know my music is tag correctly because when I add my music directly from my Mac, it is all categorized correctly. Something buggy is happening with the Myclould device or interface. Any thoughts?
