Sometimes the disk disappears

The latest firmware, turn off DLNA, iTunes server, and transmission. But every 10-20 minutes lost connect with MyCloud. In this case, music and movies from the hard drive is no longer played, and ping to the device fails. After several seconds (sometimes several minutes), all becomes normal.

What to do? Unable to use the hard drive in this mode :frowning:
