I have a very strange issue. My Book Live Duo is setup with remote access at my office. I registered the device on WD2Go.com to my account. After I setup the remote access and registered at WD2Go.com, I’m able to access my device remotely from home. When I try to re-access the drive remotely on another day, the IE/Chrome browser display “This page can’t be displayed” when I click to “view shares” at the “My WD Devices” page. I thought it is strange so I use Logmein to go into the office workstation to access the drive on the local network. After a period of time, I’m able to use WD2Go.com to access the device again. I thought the drive may have gone to sleep so I disable the feature on My Book Live Duo. A few days later, I get the same problem. Anybody got any idea what’s the issue?

Oracle website confirmed that I already have the latest Java version. Java update was done when I initially setup.
