Something wrong with my WD HC530?

I hear hard clicks from it sometimes every ten seconds. Just recently it made hard clicks several times every second. And running the quick test from the Western Digital diagnostic program makes it go very loud. Is there anything wrong with the drive? Here’s the SMART data

The temperature and spin up time looks very weird. Very high numbers is it working correct?

WD support doesn’t find the drive. Serialnumber doesn’t work either.
