hi
i got the MPWP for some time now and it was working great,
few days ago something changed and i can no longer do any changes on the drive while i connecting with usb cable to windows PC, and working with explorer
delete/rename/create new folder/move - none of these options are available.
what is going on? how can i fix it?
i didnt change anything on the drive and i was using it as always
if im connecting through the iphone app i CAN do all of these changes, but not through explorer. few days ago all was good.
Advise please?
Try:
- Reboot your PC.
- Do scandisk on your MPWP to ensure your drive’s file system is clean.
If problem remains, contact WD Support directly.
