Some users can't connect via mycloud.com

All users can log in. About half can see the drive. The other half get a message "Can’t connect to “MyDrive”. I tried it from my pc and I can connect using one account but not another. I thought maybe it was my work network but I got the same result from my home network and different pc. One account connects, the other does not. Any ideas?
