Some Smartware Files Fail to Backup

I have about 15 files that fail to backup.  Most files cite an “unspecified error”.  Another file has “The network path was not found” even though the file exists at that place.  The last two files are large Thunderbird email files that are “File pending backup.”

One strategy I can think of is to work from the top of the list and move the files to the desktop, then move them back after everything backs up.

Any other ideas?

If the files are being used by another program smartware wont be able to make a backup, try closing any programs that might be using the files and then try again.
