SOME SHARES MISSING IN MY CLOUD EX4100 in second hdd only

How did you check your shares last time, from dashboard or from MyCloud.com or the My Cloud Mobile App?

Right now my mycloud is very slow , while I am select any shares, it will start to loading and then its freeze

Some time i get the above error in my mycloud ex4100,

i don’t have HDD on the 3 and 4 bays. why should get the error from the mycloud device?
