I have the latest firmware and this firmware does not retrieve metadata of my files like it used to. And Idk why my wd live tv is suddenly connecting to 720p when it was connecting to 1080p earlier. Any ideas?
Hi hhhh1973, from the WDTV settings check if media library is set to On. You can also do the same auto or 1080P video output settings. Check page 48 and 172 of the manual for more information.

I selected HDMI(auto). There is not an option for 1080p. My TV support full HD 1080p.
Metadata still hasn’t been fixed after I selected on.
