SOLVED : Plex - not enough powerfull

Hi,
On my WD my cloud ex2 ultra (my cloud OS 5) since 2 or 3 months, my plex serveur say that it didn’t have enough powerfull to read any movie…
But they work like a charm since 2 years.

Is it due to an update of plex ?
Could someone have a solution ?

EDIT Solved : By disabling transcoding, it’s work again

This is consistent with my experience.

The WD EX2 ultra is not powerful enough for transcoding.

I have addressed using handbrake to convert everything to *.mp4 format at my desired resolution.
(This is not just for Plex; These files are also used for direct transfer to tablets)
