No Internet Access (Error Code: 220004) Issue

I received “No Internet Access (Error Code: 220004)” when trying to force a Firmware update from the WD My Cloud Dashboard.

This feature had previously worked.

This change was noticed when I changed my cable modem/router.

Solution:
I had decided during the configuration of the modem/router to allocate my WDCloud drive to have a STATIC IP address aalocation in the WD My Cloud Dashboard.

When I changed the WDCloud drive to DHCP allocation instead, the FIRMWARE update now works!
