Solved: Mycloud not seen or mapped

I have had this problem of mycloud not being reognised or mapped by Windows. All attempts failed including reseting the device, the router and all other network configurations. 

But, i noticed that sometimes the drive suddenly maps up.

Finally, I recognised it was the antivirus firewall settings. I truned it into Allow all applications until I could figure out how it could accept the connection to the drive.

Another thing that seemed necessary is to turn on the network discovery options. In the Network and sharing cenere>> advanced sharing settings, under All Networks, I changed the Use 128-bit encruption option to Enable file sharing for devices that use 40- or 56- bit encryption.

In the same sharing centre, the private and Guest-or-public tabs must also be expanded and the Turn on sharing should be ticked.

It has worked with me and hope it works with all of those who face this problem.
