Solved: How to proceed the My Book Live Duo Trade-up offer

Hi all

I have received an email for My Book Live Duo

It said I need to contact support to get the case number for the trade-up. I had submitted a support request but never get any reply from them.

Does anyone know how to get this going?

Never mind. Finally WD support had contacted me by email. They will follow up my case.

WD support told me on 12 July that the trade-in offer was not yet available but might be within 1-2 business days. Sounds like the suits got ahead of support. Was told I would receive an email.

Good to hear someone has had some response. I contacted support on July 7, escalated on July 11, and again today…still no reply.

BTW, Has anyone asked about sending the housing back without the drives? Cheaper shipping, and a couple of spare HDs!

yeah i just received a flurry of emails on Wednesday late, telling me the process.
I like your idea – keep the drives, send the box and power cord…maybe take out the lightbulb as well…otoh, it sounds like we have to pay for shipping, and then we will receive a coupon…
I just bought a

$200, through Dell. Should arrive on Tuesday.
