[SOLVED] HELP with loading dashboard on iphone

I have it setup to access my dashboard via computers outside of my network, but for some reason my iphone won’t load it.

Using iOS 12 with safari and chrome, neither work. Is it not possible to load dashboard on mobile devices?

Yes, I can open dashboard on iphone/ipad but have only done so on local network. Never tried remote since I never set it up that way

At leasr you know it works locally! So, have you even done this on your local network before even trying it remotely? Also, refer to the full manual for your NAS.
