Solid yellow light and cyclic noise

Hello,

My Live Duo drive seems that just stopped working.
I have a solid yellow light at the front and it seems stuck on a cyclic “boot” like noise.
Have unplugged it and plugged it back to force reboot and checked network cables which are ok. But drive is still not-responsive.

Any ideas? Needless to say that I was using this one as archive drive relying on the mirrored drive. I have data there I do not have anywhere else.

When did this issue start to happen? Did you try contacting WD Support to replace the unit’s power adapter?
