Solid red light on WDCLoud

Hello - I have issues with Red solid light on the wdcloud. I have tried most things except SSH. Ofcourse I am not knowledgeable regarding linux.

My router is showing that the WD cloud is not getting any IPaddress.

I tried connecting the device on my computer - but the problem is the same.

The reset button 4 sec and 40 sec does not do anything.

Kindly help.

If the MC does not get an IP address then ssh won’t work.

You are right - but actually right now - it seems I will have to take it to a WD repair center.
