Solid Red light on My book Live

Hi all,

So I’ve tried to view my network drive - MyBookLive but no device can see the network drive.

I have tried to unplug and replug the network drive but still no luck, the drive boots up blue led then say about 10 mins later it goes red.

After consulting with the manual, I’ve found out that the solid red light means either one of the following.

Disk SMART failure
Data Volume does not exist
System Volume does not exist
System thermal shutdown (75C)
Unsupported drive detected

Please tell me there is a way to fix the drive I have very important information on the drive, it’s absolutely crucial I get this drive working again.

Hi I’ve contacted support and they have said that the product is no longer being supported so they can’t help me.
