I am having some issues working with my WD my cloud. First upon installing it won’t let me update to 1.06.14 software? It says that its bug fixes and performance updates. What happens is it causes My Cloud to unexpectedly quit. and I get this message:

Also when using the APP to add files from my Macbook Pro, it only allows me to add a few photos at a time. At first it would let me add 100 then only 35 then it would only let me drag one photo at a time. This is very very annoying. Is there an easier way to add a large amount of files to the device ? So far I am not very happy with this product and find myself wishing I would of put out the money for a Apple external hard drive My computer is a macbook pro, Operating Yosemite 10.10
