I have installed the “WD My Cloud” software with no issues reported, however when opening it I am faced with a window that gives no instruction and is rather lacking content!
I have installed Java seperately and re-installed the WD software 3 times all with the same result!
Has anyone else found this issue??
What operating system are you installing it on?
Windows XP Pro SP3
Can you connect to the internet on the computer that the app is installed? If so, make sure you allow the app through firewall. Reason you’re seeing that is because it can’t connect to the internet.
