Hi, My old computer died and I purchased a new one but I no longer have access to the initial software that came with the drive. the new computer recognizes that the drive is there but it can’t access it and my data is in some compressed state. What are my options?
If you’d created backup which made them into compressed format, you need to use same tool in order to restore. However, use below link to get compatible tools or software provided with WD GREEN / GP (Model #WD10EADS)
