Ok, the full navigation path is
“Internet media/Mediafly/search/add media plug-in via mCode”
Rather than programming it seems to be a code (phone number) for a feed. “twit” gives you the Twit Netcast Network (which is already there in “Media Plug-ins”) but strangely enough adding a new plug-in puts it on the dashboard and not in the plug-ins folder, and you can’t remove it again.
