SN770 causing clogging issues?

PC lagging at simple tasks like opening google and windows menu?

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super 8GB
Intel Core i5-10400F 2.9GHz
RM650X 650W 80 Plus Gold
MSI B560M PRO-VDH
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro, 32GB (2x16GB), 3600MHz
SSD: SN770
Windows 10

Sent to 2 tech assistences, both said no problem with hardware, one used stress tests because I insisted. I messed up with the energy and game mode of windows, didn’t help, formatted, updated drivers and OS, used ddu and a bunch of other stuff; nothing changed. I have seen people saying it could be network or audio drivers, they are updated. Turned energy control of cpu off, speed increased but clogging continues.

It sounds like you’ve already tried a lot to fix this, but the issue could be a background process or service that’s hogging resources. Check Task Manager for anything unusual, and try disabling unnecessary startup programs. Also, make sure Windows updates aren’t stuck. Sometimes, a simple overlooked detail can cause big headaches.

Task manager says 2 - 15% cpu with nvidia, steam, icue, discord. If I close all that Runtimebroker and system take on the top spot.

Memory is 10% on idle, 25 with chrome open.

Disco is 0% most of the time.

Windows is up to date

It happens even on clean boot
