Ok, This is my first Terrabyte External Hard Drive and in the rush to use it I may have bypassed looking at the directions. I went ahead and starting using the drive as I would a thumb drive and when I discovered the SmartWare I could only access Home and Settings. When I called support, we re-formatted the drive and now all the downloads aren’t working on my computer. Any suggestions?
What do you mean the downloads are not working on your computer? o.O
