Just got a new My passport ultra HD. I’m trying to log into Dropbox, but when i click the sign in button, Internet Explorer pops up and says connecting, but never connects for me to enter my login code. Any ideas on how to connect? I have updated the WD Smartware software, as well as trying to login with different firewall settings, but maybe I’m overlooking something.

Try setting up another web browser like Chrome of Firefox. You have to set it up as your default browser before trying to sign up to Dropbox using WD Smartware.
Chrome is my default browser, but everytime I hit the sign in button, it opens an internet explorer tab.
