Smartware will not Update to 1.5.1.6

I have tried 3 times and it appears to do the update and I reboot but it is still the old version 1.4.5.2. I even did the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5. Any suggestions?

Please ignore my message as the program did the update but also did not remove the older version so I was opening the old version as the desktop icon did not update to the new version.

did you uninstall the old smartware before doing the update?  because I think you have to uninstall it first.
