When I connect my Passport the Smartware software (version 1.4.3.4) seems to recopy files already backed up. I have not made changes to these files. For example I can see all my music being recopied as I type this. Any thoughts???
Do you know what the drive letter was of the previous backup? I would suggest you goto the retrieve tab and look at the other existing backed up volumes
Click preview before you click post. Or you may have a problem in browser application. Try using different app like Opera or Firefox.
